Here's everything you can do with the Klaviyo app for Octane AI:
- Automatically add every email you collect within the bot into Klaviyo. This is important because the average response rate and conversion rate for email collection is much higher in Messenger.
- Bring in robust customer data from Messenger including every Octane AI customer list you've created. For instance, a yoga store might ask their customers in their bot if they consider themselves beginners or more advanced yogis. They can use the Klaviyo app to sync their bot lists with Klaviyo. By bringing this data into Klaviyo, you can create more targeted email campaigns.
- Add events for customers when an abandoned cart message is sent or engaged with through Messenger. This allows you to create powerful flows between your abandoned cart emails and Facebook Messenger messages.
Using these two tools together leads to better results. In Klaviyo’s abandoned cart benchmark report, the average revenue per recipient of an abandoned cart email campaign is $5.81.
